This easy chicken recipe consists of a marinade that is simple to make and it’s recommended that you prepare it well in advamce of when you want to grill your chicken so that the chicken has plenty of time to soak up the marinade. We recommend at least 5 hours of marinating prior to griling.
Ingredients6 chicken breasts – boneless 1 whole garlic 1/3 cup of olive oil 1 ½ tbsp balsamic vinegar 2 teaspoons of chilli powder 1 tbsp honey 2 tbsp cranberry jiuce Oregano- fresh leaves
DirectionsPeel and chop up your garlic cloves finely, You’ll want approximately ½ a cup of chopped garlic. Finely chop your fresh oregano leaves about a handfull should do around ½ cup. In a bowl mix all these marinade ingredients together with the chicken breasts. Cover the bowl and leave in the fridge for around 5 hours at least. The longer you leave it the more the marinade will infuse the chicken and help tenderize it. When you are ready to grill simply heat your BBQ or grill up to a medium heat and oil it down ready for the chicken breasts. Cook your chicken and use the marinade left over to baste the chicken each side until it is cooked properly.
