Simple Chicken Salad |

Ingredients350g / 12 oz of cooked chicken without skin, cut into bite sized slices 1 bunch of celery cut into slices preferably across the grain 2.5 tablespoons of Cream 250ml/ 8fl oz Mayonanaise 2 eggs 12 olives (black preferably) Pinch of Salt Pinch of Pepper DirectionsHard boil the egg, then shell them and chop them into circles crossways. Mix the mayonnaise and cream together with the salt and pepper in a bowl. In a seperate bowl take the cooked chopped chicken and the chopped celery pieces. Simply add the mayonnaise and cream mixture to the chicken bowl and mix together well. Place the salad in your serving bowl. You can then just add the black olives and if you wish you can also add small capers to the to the top if you have any. Also add your sliced egg pieces to the bowl as additional garnish. | ||
