This is a pretty easy Chicken Alfredo Recipe from simple ingredients that you probably have in the kitchen. IngredientsChicken breasts- boneless Fettucine Pasta- a quantity enough for 6 people Parmesan cheese- Approx 1/2 to 3/4 cup. 3/4 if you are cheese lover. 3/4 cup full cream Olive Oil- 3-4tablespoons 1/4 cup butter Salt Pepper DirectionsTake your chicken breasts and slice thinly into strips and bite sized lengths. . Boil up enough water for your fettucine noodles and start cooking those . In a fry pan heat your olive oil and then start to cook the chikcen pieces. Add the salt and pepper and cook the chicken until it is done over a medium to high heat..Turn the chicken down to a low heat, or just turn it off. We only want to keep it warm from now on. In a saucepan add the butter on a medium heat and melt it down then add your cream and parmesan cheese,. Just continue on a medium to low heat to melt everything down. Once this is done put your chicken pieces into the sauce and mix together well in the saucepan. When the fettucine pasta is cooked to your liking just drain it off and then add your sauce and chicken to it, mix it all together and serve. |
